According to a new Fox News poll, an astonishing 30% of voters believe the shooting during the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner was staged. That means nearly one-third of Americans, including 13% who are convinced it was "definitely" faked, are questioning if the violence they saw was even real!

While a majority of 52% still believe the attack was genuine, with 31% absolutely certain, the sheer volume of doubt is chilling. A significant 18% remain completely unsure if the event was real or fabricated.

THE PARTISAN CHASM WIDENS!

The divide is stark and unforgiving: almost half of Democrats (49%) and those who supported Kamala Harris think the shooting was staged. Contrast this with a mere 10% of Republicans who share that skepticism!

Conversely, an overwhelming 79% of Republicans and 77% of Trump voters in 2024 are convinced the attack was real. The hardcore MAGA supporters are even more certain at 87%!

YOUNGER GENERATIONS DROWNING IN CYNICISM!

A disturbing trend emerges among younger voters, who are nearly twice as likely as seniors to believe the fabricated narrative. Particularly among Republicans under 45, a troubling 22% think the shooting was staged, a drastic increase compared to older Republicans.

Pollsters warn that this pervasive disbelief, fueled by political cynicism, is not just about this one event. It signals a dangerous erosion of trust that threatens our ability to address critical national problems.
